COoL is a collective of 31 not-for-profit arts organisations based in Liverpool. We are rooted in Liverpool, and work closely with local communities in every corner of the city, yet the artistic work we produce makes an impact around the world.

Our members create exciting art in many forms, including visual arts, theatre, film, dance, comedy, music, literature, multimedia, craft, design, and festival production. Other member organisations exist to support the development of the creative and cultural economy of the city.
